What is the sport for you?
For me it is the way of feeling my body.. Different party, not only arms and lags, also internal parts and unusual sensations of myself.
But sometimes after training I feel myself too strange!
I don't know for good or for bad to training in that case...
Yes, I agree with you, sport and physical activity overall are the way to make your body moving, I mean not usually, routine kind of moving. When you're running, jumping, climbing (mmmm...) etc you feel yourself completly unlike as usual. Sometimes these feelings is good, seldom ones is not very good... I think both cases are normal, aren't be afraid,)
