How you cope with a problems?

Social problems for me it is a big problem, I don't know what to do. Should I stop chatting with my sister? She try to prove her point of view, but I just on my way in this life. I've been growing up in changing politics time, I've settled down to call in question every fact which I didn't see my own eyes. I want to stop our conversation about politics, because I don't see the result of this waist of time.
